Apple Pie With Homemade Crust
Thanksgiving is tomorrow which means I am baking pies today! Apple is my favorite, and here is the recipe I love along with a crust recipe that has worked great for me! YouTube Videos: Crust Video Here - https://youtu.be/vHZjvukBywU Ingredients : 1 Cup Butter, Cold, Cubed 2 1/2 Cups Flour 1 Tbs Sugar 1 Tsp Salt 2 Tsps Vinegar 1/2 Cup Water Directions : 1. Place cold cubed butter in mixer 2. Add half of flour and mix for 1 minute 3. Add other half of flour and continue to mix until butter is in smaller clumps on flour 4. Add sugar and salt 5. Add vinegar 6. Add water 7. Mix until balled up on paddle of mixer 8. Remove and knead into ball 9.
